Booking privacy

How consultation booking uses your information.

Last updated October 27, 2026. This explains the custom consultation scheduler on the AI for Good website.

What you provide

To book, you provide your name, email address, selected time, phone number, and any optional context you enter. Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal information in the notes.

Where it goes

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Its booking service checks Eliot’s Google Calendar for busy periods and creates a consultation event with your details and an invitation to your email address. Consultations are phone calls. The number you provide is included in the event so Eliot can call you. Visitors receive available times; existing calendar event titles and details are not returned to the browser.

What the booking ledger keeps

A separate Cloudflare database keeps the reserved start time, random request identifier, Google event identifier, booking state, creation time, and a digest used to recognize duplicate requests. It does not keep your name, email address, phone number or notes. Completed ledger records older than 90 days are removed during subsequent booking attempts; uncertain pending records remain until Eliot reconciles them.

Abuse prevention and diagnostics

The service temporarily keeps a digest derived from the requesting network address and hour to limit repeated attempts. These entries expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent booking attempts. Diagnostic logs record operation categories and reference identifiers, not calendar credentials or submitted notes. Cloudflare and Google also process information under their own service policies. The site uses no third-party fonts, analytics or tracking scripts.

Changes, cancellation and deletion requests

To change or cancel a consultation, or ask about information held for it, email eliot@efisher.net. Calendar events remain in Google Calendar until removed by the calendar owner; the booking ledger cleanup does not delete those events.

The calendar connection

Only Eliot authorizes the site’s connection to his calendar. Visitors are not asked to connect their Google accounts. The connection credentials remain in private server configuration and can be revoked through Google. Booking details are used to arrange and manage the consultation.
